| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of the site to check your order status. For Fed Ex Ground and Fed Ex 2nd Day Shipping: Your shipping confirmation and Fed ex tracking numbers will
be emailed to you within 2 business days after placing your order. For USPS Ground Shipping: Orders typically arrive to the recipient between 10-14 days after the order is placed. Tracking numbers become available once the package reaches a Fed Ex SmartPost hub (could be up to 7 days.) Final delivery of the package occurs via the US Postal Service. |

| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? | |
| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of the site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable online. Instead, for gift box orders, please call the customer service line at 855-HEB-GIFT (432-4438), Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm CST. For Holiday Meals Online, call the Holiday Hotline at the store you selected for pickup. | |
